The site provides professional media feed services including video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. You may use the site only for lawful business or professional purposes related to these services. Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems. You must not upload or transmit material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful. We may remove any submission that breaches these terms without notice.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, software and feed technology on the site are owned by redcarpetki or its licensors. Trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own professional use but must not copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. We aim to maintain continuous availability of live signal services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts under applicable consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution options remain available where required by the Consumer Rights Act.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms periodically.
